Family and ?
The woman is Frank's mother, and the man on the left is Frank's father, but we don't recognize the other man. We think the handwriting says:
Po nevšední péči doma
Oddaně s ním kráčí Ona.
S hostem vidíte je! Vrátky
Právě vyšli ze zahrádky.
Rough translation:
After exceptional care at home,
She strides devotedly with him.
Behold, they have a guest!
They have just exited the garden via the gate.

That is again Frank's parents, and the writing says:
Ejhle! Manželský tu pár
Vyšel sobě v slunka žár.
On se podepírá holí,
Nožka stále ještě bolí.
Translation:
Behold! The married couple here
Has gone out in the bright sunlight.
He is leaning on a cane;
His poor leg still hurts.
